motion sickness

Please help me choose the right remedy for my motion sickness in car. I have read about the most known remedies as Cocculus or Tabacum, but am somewhat confused. I am a beginner and the remedies just seem all the same to me :)

Symptoms:
- better by lowering the seat and lying down
- better when I stop and take a walk in the fresh air, also in the car I feel better when the window is open and cool air is coming in
- better when I loosen my clothes - I cannot stand anything that is touching the abdomen
- worse after eating, in hot weather - when the sun is shining in
- worse when reading in the car
- dryness of tongue and throat (salivation seems normal to me, if increased, then only slightly), pale face, trembling
- I feel desperate, anxious, somewhat restless (like 'oh my, sick again, what do I do?'), do not want to talk (talking aggravates) and be talked to, but consolation makes me a little better (like 'its okay, we will be there soon, we can stop anytime you need')

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to add:

- sudden movements like rough turns or accelerating or braking make it much worse
- I have travelled on a ship once and suffered a seasickness, but only inside the ship. It was ok on the board when I could watch the sea.
