Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Dear Dr,
Pls refer a specific homeopathic remedy best suited to
cure my following condition of Obsessive compulsive
disorder(OCD) and how the remedy is to be taken-:
I m 25 yr old young man.I m suffering from obsessive
compusive disorder(OCD)
from
about past 5 yrs as it has been identified by a local
psycatrist on whose medicine i m from past 3 yrs and i
m presently on clomipramine 75 mg 1 tab aday and
risperidone 2mg 1 tab a day.
The symptoms of my problem r obsessions ,chronic
depression,insomnia,quick irritability,lack of
self confidence,anxiousness with nervousness,low
appetite along with
feelings like people spit at me by seeing my face
which really happen to me
and not imagination(halucination),repitating in mind
diffrent actions and
lines for long time and felt nervous while people
stare at me and very
superstitous,belives bad omens, feels like i m very
unlucky and have
have recived failures in many parts of life like love,
studies, carrer, making good friends and feel very
sad, am not very takative, reserved and have some
complexes,disgust of life, have sucidial feelings like
life is hell and not worthliving.
pls advice if this type of problem(OCD)has cure in
homeopathy if yes then advice best homeopathic
medication for my case available in
indian market frm where i m.I m also getting bald and
losing hair along with this OCD frm past 5 yrs.
