This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
yes why not. if your symptoms remedy combined or followed up by the constitutional remedy. Sometimes the constitutional remedy is all that is needed.
that however needs a good, complete history for proper evaluation and analysis to come to a remedy. If you haven't found a reliable professional homeopath to help with that, I'll get back after a week.

Hi, Thank you for your reply.
I would like to ask you that I have bought Lycopodium Calvatum 6C without seeing a homeopatic consultant since I have intense public fear and low self confidence or esteem if you call it. Even though I love to meet new people and have loads of friends I am being pushed back by this fear.It is really hard for me to control it, everytime I go out or meet someone or even if I don't know that person I feel like they are looking at me and judging me. This fear has caused me loose my self confidence harmed me to the extend that I don't go out most of the time I keep quiet I can't focus on my studies and in desperation I cry. Please tell if this is the right remedie and if it helps & also how many times a day should I take it. Should I dissolve it on my tongue or just swollow it.

Please help me.

Please note that there are other remedies also for dealing with fear of public speaking/low self confidence etc. It is better to match the symptoms before taking any homeopathy medicine. Also note that Lycopodium is usually not given as the starting medicine if you are a first time user of Homeopathy medicine, even if is a well indicated remedy.
So consult a Homeopathic physician before taking remedies based on mental symptoms.
On the other hand Bach Flower remedy Mimulus can be taken for fears of any kind along with Larch for low self confidence.

Hi,
Is there something which would calm me down during my presentation as I am really scared of giving presentations but my course expects me to give presentations. Could you please recommend me something non alcoholic which would calm me down during presentation. And could you please tell me how to take as well.

Thanks alot
waiting to hear from you soon.

Dear okdoll.

Your best bet would be to get yourself a good little book of Homoeopathic drug pictures, which lists personality types of specific remedies. Lycopodium does have social problems as part of it's picture, but so do many many other remedies, and one will not do for the other.

Have a poke around in your local bookstore, most carry introductory books on Homoeopathy these days, and most of these will contain some drug personality types.

Good luck!

Just matching of one or two symptoms doesn't make the 'pick' !

Your 'head to toe' symptoms should match the 'drug picture' of the chosen med.

Make a list of your symptoms and then check with drug pictures of important homeo meds first.

Look up 'Gelsemium" for a match....but all depends upon your individual symptoms.

Best wishes

You can take Larch 3 pills * 3 times a day before your presentation .
Rescue Remedy 3 pills * 3 times a day everyday. Rescue Remedy will help to calm you down & so you will be able to perform better in ur presentations.
Goodluck!
