Help - Severe cough and cold -- recurrent

Hi,

My wife

Age: 30
Wt: 48KG
Ht: 5'
Gender: Female

Problem:
Frequent cough and cold
Low on energy and stamina
Feel tired and tired legs
Pain under feet soles
Very sensitive and emotional
Need eyes rubbing
Back pain

Food: Vegetarian food (no eggs)
Body type: Indian type
Mother of 2 kids (4.5 yrs and 5 months)

Please suggest a cure for the above issues (mainly severe cough/cold and low on energy).

Also she ends up with soar throat and throat pain which eventually leads to hay fever, low energy and body ache.

1 dose = 1 drop?

Also, is this one time or should i give her regularly?

Please let me know as on going cure also so that she develop resistance for such thing.
