Increase anabolic effects?

I am a 23/m, have been weight training for 6 yrs now hardcore & naturally, got an excellent diet, but want to take it to the next level. With synthetic products come many side effects + we loose our gains to a large extent once stopped over time (depending on the compound used) so before going into that area I want to try some alternative approaches first.

Ideally, I'm looking for some compound that can have some positive anabolic effect (even if it’s a small amount) while avoiding as much as possible the androgenic effects/keep DHT conversion to zero. (Hair loss, acne, high estrogen levels, enlargement of prostrate, etc…)

So it should be able to help with something like increasing nandrolone production (first choice) or testosterone, GH levels, protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, muscle growth, etc... pretty much anything that can aid in muscle development, reduce recovery time & keep fatigue low.

I've seen few Homeopathic supplements which increase growth hormones but not sure what the actual compounds are or how effect they are in their current form.

I have no health issues, none in my family, (just a hair loss problem), no allergies, no unusual habits/body issues.

Thoughts?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Well one of the best endurance aids is Fluoric Acid 6x - one every 3 days for a couple of months -- then wait a month to judge result.

May be best followed with silica
