coxsackie virus help for 3 mo. old

anyone know if there is a remedy for coxsackie virus? my 3 month old has a 103 fever and ulcers on her throat. any suggestions on what to give her? the dr said to give her tylenol every 4 hours to reduce fever, probably for 4 days... i'd rather not but the 103 fever makes me nervous.
