Also...face breakout now

I forgot to ask since im here...IM 28/m and my face has been breaking out just as of late. I breakout around my mouth/nose basically anywhere I shave. I have used the same kind of razors and shaving cream for years. The only play im breaking out that doesnt involve hair is on my nose and in the crease of my nose and face...any help would be awesome...THanks :)
