Bloating after having baby

posted a previous question about my baby, but now one for me. Since I delivered (maybe even before), I have noticed that I am really bloated and gassy feeling every late afternoon/evening until I go to bed. I've been taking a gas-ex every day pretty much. I have tried cutting out dairy and that didn't seem to help. I am going to cut out soy for the next few days and see if that helps.

Any ideas of what I could use? I've read that Hylands Natural Gas Relief and Hylands Upset Stomach might be good.

Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your remedy is also Nat Phos 6x but your dosage is 2-3 tablets taken after a meal.

This will fix your problem within minutes.

Please report response.

Take Carbo veg 30 three times a day with minimum gap of three hours between each dose

You might like to know that I have tested both Carbo Veg 30c and Nat Phos 6x and can confirm that Nat Phos 6x is by far more effective than the former.

What is more relevant is that chronic cases of GERD have responded to the treatment that I recommend Nat Phos 6x with Arnica 30c which Carbo Veg just cannot do.

Many cases of hyperacidity which would have eventually ended up as GERD have responded to the joint therapy and some have reported that they do not require the Nat Phos any more but prefer to keep using the Arnica which they feel does them some good.

This goes to prove that Nat Phos has some curative effect on the digestive system which Carbo Veg does not have.
