Hi there, after just recently reading a post on here by a woman who was taking Arnica 30c in the wet form for brown patches on her face (Melasma)...which she found very good, i was wondering what she meant by Arnica wet form, i live in the UK and the only Arnica that seems to be available over here is in tablet or gel form, would the tablets or gel be worth trying...??...or has it got to be taken in the wet form to have any success, also does anyone know where i can purchase the Arnica 30c liquid in the UK.

Thank you.

I have managed to get hold of some Arnica 30c and i am going to give it a go to try and help improve my Melasma, are there any do's and dont's that need to be taken into consideration when taking the Arnica, as i am sure i read on the forum that you cannot drink coffee when taking Arnica.

Thank you.
