whiteheads,,need help for acne

hi m nida,22 yrs old,suffering from this acne thing since last 8 yrs,,,it started when i was 15 but went away with antibiotics topically and orally that i took,but it reappaired from thelast 3 yrs ,and since then i m fighting and could'n get rid of it,finally from last 2 months i started using homeopathic medicine i tok berberis aquifolium and antimonium crud initailly,,,then i used ant crud30,sulfur30,calcium sulfuricum 6x,thrice daily,,but my acne got worst,than ever before with this prescription,,now someone had adviced me to start carcinosin10 m .i have some queries before starting this new prescription ...
i had whiteheads on my face which i think erupts and form pimples ,it ends up with a black scar,both of my cheeks and foreheads are affected,,,i also have dark circles around my eyes ,and have anxiety attacks sometimes that badly affects my sleep,,this usually hapens when i hav any test or exams,,,so i wanted to know that do i have to work up on those whiteheads and have to pull them out by any proffesional person,or it can go away by any topical or oral medicine,i also wanted to add that i used calendula topically but there was no affect,,,i have lost all my hopes plz help me ,,,,i dont want to give up but it seems that i have to,,,,i really want to see clear smooth skin back again,,i want my confidence back,,plz do me ur favour and help me out,,,nida
