Lactation - No milk in breast

My wife had very scanty milk after our first child 2 years ago. She has been undergoing constitutional homeopathic treatment for the last 4+ years.

Now, she has delivered the second child, and even now there is hardly any milk.
The breasts are very flabby.

She had taken few doses of Asaf-200 and Ricinus-Com.Q.
Plan to start Alfalfa tonic soon.

Pls let me know if there are any other specific remedies for improving lactation.

Thanks,
khanf

If Urtica Ur fails then use ONE SINGLE dose of

Lac Vaccinum Defloratum 1M.

How often is she breastfeeding or pumping? It has to be often!

I would use an herbal product like Breastea. You can order it from their website. Have your wife start on it immediately and drink daily. It's important she does not skip any breastfeedings or pumpings.
