Homeopathy works st its own pace and it may very well take months to substantially reduce a large stone.

Mike,
Maybe it works on some people and not on others. I don't know.

But still you need to go slow and give the remedies time to work slowly to break down the stones. You don't want to be passing too big a chunks that they will hurt you. Maybe when they break, they hurt too.

You might also visit curezone.com for other options to removing stones. That website also offers the option to join a yahoo group who hold discussions with others including their success stories with the removal of kidney stones.

I read on another website that taking 2 oz. of lemon juice mixed with 2 oz. of olive oil, then immediately afterwards drinking a large glass of (purified) water will help.

I would also stop eating spinach or rhubarbs for sometime, as well as a lot of calcium (through milk). Also, cut out your tea consumption and vitamin consumption for a while. Drink lots of water.

Here are more suggestions on how to get rid of kidney stones. Thank God I found this site; I feel better so far. Best wishes to you, hope you get better soon. I suggest to go to Google's website and type in 'dissolve kidney stones' and there's a site at the Earthclinic website that comes up. It has a lot of good info. I can't post the site here for some reason, but try finding it this way.

Additionally, to prevent kidney stones in the future, try to eat foods in oxalic acid. If you scroll down to the bottom of Wikipedia's website on 'oxalic acid', you can find a list of foods that contain oxalic acid-- try to eat less or eliminate the ones high in oxalic acid.

Whoops, I meant to say 'Try to eat foods LOW in oxalic acid!'

Sorry for the previous typo!

How is your kidney stone situation progressing, Mike?

I had a staghorn kidney stone in my left kidney. If the kidney stone is left untreated the stone will grow to the size of your kidney. This is a very serious problem and can cause kidney failure, DEATH!!! I had lazer surgery, which breaks up the large stone and you pass the stones painlessly. If your staghorn kidney stone is too big then they remove it surgically. I had painful kidney stones in my right kidney and they just happen to look at my left and saw a golfball size staghorn stone. I had no idea there was anything wrong no symptoms or pain on left side. Don't let it grow seek a physician!!!!!

Hi ZepOz,
Well, i went for PCNL surgery. Both of my kidney now is free from stones.
The medicine i took from a homepathy medicine does not work.
My advise to anyone who have kidney stone, better to go for the surgery. At least i will make you feel free from worries.

Hi Janeb722,
I agreed with you. Anyone who has kidney stones, it is best to go for surgery.
