Hyperhydrosis

I am suffering from Hyperhydrosis since last 14-15 years. I keep on sweating from palms, foot and axillae for no apparent reasons. I took some allopathic treatment but in vain. It was told to me that a surgery is needed. But when I checked the web I found a lot more people stating that they are worse off with the surgery. On this site I found a refernce to Silicea 1M which can cure Hyperhydrosis. But I am not sure whether 1M is suiatble for me and what should be frequency of the medicine. I would appreciate any advise on the matter. Or please let me know if I should take some other homeo medicine
