This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is antimonium crud not antimonium tart.As you said that 5 year old chalazion disappeared just in 5 hours. It is a miracle.I cannot say any thing about it.Some where in this forum i read probably Bacillinum caused the disappearance of chronic eczema over night. All types of skin diseases are very very difficult to cure. They need considerable time to cure.I dont understand. If we are capable to do this in a few hours or overnight we should immediately shift our clinics in front of hospitals to help people and show others the efficacy of our medicines.I hope the day will come.

Thank you for your input.

I too read of Bacillinum miraculously curing the Eczema of a baby in 24 hours and was rather surprised at this 'miracle' cure.

I too agree that Eczema is very slow to react to any remedy and it requires constant use to see the result. The quickest turn around that I have noticed is in 3 days when a chronic case showed signs of a cure.

In the case of Acne it takes about a week and in the case of Stys about 4 days. I know all about Stys as I used to suffer from them with a new one forming weekly till I hit upon the Arnica therapy.

It was Ant. Tart. Patient took Ant. Crud for long time but still he had white tongue. By the chance he met me on the road and I just bought Ant. Tart. and saw his tongue and gave him a dose right on the road.

I got the news that his Chalazion is gone.

Second case (just two days ago) little girl (6 years), had bad smell comining from her mouth. Her tongue was white. Parents said that it is since she was born. I had same bottle of Ant. Tart. with me and just one dose and tongue is not white anymore (after 6 years) and bad smell is gone.

In fact that bottle of Ant. Tart. did no good to the patient for whom it was intended.

I agree with both of you.Homeopathy does miricle,we should promote them.I would like to here more from you but there must be some reasoning. The tongue indication is right. There must be something to guide. Each and every symptom written in materia medica is correct and reliable and we can prescribe even on that one symptom it may be of first ,second or third grade. It is reliable.Individulisation is the backbone of homeopathy but it is difficult and takes time.
I am goning now and will be back after 12 hours.

I have one plus blepheritas plus mild rosacea.

I would like to try Arnica but am concerned that is known to increase bloodflow. Sounds like a vasodilator... which is bad... things which increase bloodflow usually worsen rosacea.

Would I be better to go Silicea + Heper Sulph instread?

I was recommended Staphysagria, but... never hear people getting much results with it for chalazia or rosacea!

Oh, also... what dosage was the anitmonium crud given in? If one dosage was that effective, very impressive, though I realize of oourse not the same for everyone.

People, forget the medications and forget the time you spend looking for the miracle pill or remedy. Those things may work. But I myself have my own method which has kept me chalazion free for about a 9 months. I am 18 years of age and I had THREE chalazions in the past 3 years. It made high school and drag and I saw my doctor everytime each one came along. I refused a steriod shot so I applied warm compresses and it went away pretty quick actually, just about 6 months and left no scar. See, my doctor didnt inform me that I would possibly get another.. And I did, about 5 months later. This one was big and round. I hated it and wanted it gone. But, I didnt want to get the steriod shot or surgery to protect my skin, so I let it just sit, applied the compress and it went away in 6 months. So behold, my final and hopefully last chalazion came about 5 months later like the last. Ironically, the day I went in to have the doctor make sure my last one was gone for good was the same day I woke up with a swollen eyelid. The doctor told me to walk it off. Yep, about 2 days later, a full blown chalazion. I was fed up. I decided to do things my way again though, and this time I discovered the perfect way to keep free of them.
1)Keep eyes clean all day, try to avoid rubbing, or putting anything oily like your fingers on your eyelids period. Even if you dont have a chalazion, this could cause one VERY easily if you are prone to them.
2)Clean with any type of mild soap in the shower, and during the day if your eye feels unessesary oily or dirty. This will prevent chalazions 100%
This is pretty much all you have to do for now on out. I have got used to cleaning my eyes each day and maintaing good hygeine especially my face.
Oh, and about 4-6 months ago I went camping with my family and was unable to clean my eyes as I normally would, but I felt a week wouldnt hurt. Wrong- I woke up on a monday morning while camping with a swolen eye lid. I freaked out and almost started crying. I cleaned it for literally 10 hours straight every hour or so and by the end of the day it was gone. Compresses work miracles.

Hi, I have had 3 major chalazions, one on each eyelid at the edge and one on a lower lid. One of the Chalazions I have had an operation on but still a small bump appears here and there but with continuous warm compresses it goes after a week. The other eye which I treated with Homeopathy products has now gone and looks like normal. I started to Hepar Sulphur and on the odd occasions Silicea (sp) and by a week the eye burst a little, this was back in late feb/march and the eye has only just completely cleared its been a long process but its gone...I also got a bit lazy taking the homeopathy meds which may have slowed the process :| !) I believe that the homeopathy worked a treat, way better then surgery which I do not want to have ever again as it was very painful for me! I got the idea of using Hepar sulphur and Silicea from these boards! So thank you, it does work!

I had one in the lower lid but it was surgically removed. They dont hurt, but look like hard bumps under the skin. They appeared after one was removed from my lower eye lid. First the eye lids got inflamed for 2 days, and after the pain and redness went away i got the hard rocks in my lids, no pus. Please anybody help with advice, they are really horrible.

Please read the many posts I have made on pages 1 and 2 of this thread on the treatment I used for Styes and Chalazions. I was a patient who sufered from chronic Styes myself and had some 4 surgeries to extract the hard remnants of the Styes which had turned into Chalazions in time.

I discovered quite accidentally that Arnica I was using for another ailment was helping my Chalazions and since that time about 13 years ago, I have been taking a nightly dose of Arnica 30c in the Wet dose and have never been bothered by Styes. I must mention here that the potency I used when I was suffering from the weekly Styes was Arnica 6c which I found to be more effective than the 30c.

Many who have not been affected by Styes and Chalazions cannot realize the sheer frustration that a patient suffers when he wakes up and experiences that familiar pain in the eyelid that is the precursor to a full blown Sty which usually materializes in a couple of days with the attendant swelling and pain.

I have been prescribed a variety of eye ointments and some of them had a steroid which I believe is the reason why I discovered a cloudiness in my left eye which was the one that was affected most by Styes. This was diagnosed to be a Cataract in 1996 and it is interesting to record that up to today, 14 years later this Cataract has remained at the level at which it was first discovered and I do not find a need for an implant. I can only attribute the fact that my Cataract has not 'matured' to my nightly dose of Arnica 30 which seems to have stabilized it and preventing it from maturing.

My message to those who are frustrated and at their wit's end to prevent the formation of the next Sty is to take Arnica 6c in the Wet dose twice daily and they will discover within the week that their familiar Styes are no more.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack aka Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle or 5 Pellets and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

thanks alot for your advice, i read the post, and all the answers how to treat chalazion are different, so i will buy different drugs like silicia, arnica , staphisgaria, heparsulfur, but i am not sure about potency, i see from the post that many people used 30, but you are saying that 6 worked for you, so i am a little bit confused. can you advice if the chalazion 2-3 months old what potency should i use. And also i have one that 5-6 months old too. Thanks again.

sugarpop1 last decade
If your Chalazion is 3 months old and is hard, there is nothing that can help to reduce the swelling and discomfort you suffer today. This is due to the pus drying up inside the swelling thereby making it impervious to any treatment.

I regret to inform you that the only remedy is surgery to scoop it out. This is not painful at all and is done after an injection to deaden the pain on the eyelid. I have been through this procedure on 4 occasions and was desperate for a cure till I discovered quite accidentally that Arnica helped to prevent their formation by increasing the blood supply to the eyelid thereby ensuring that any bacterial infection is dealt with before a cyst is formed.

You are advised not to experiment with the remedies you listed as their indiscriminate use can cause more harm than good.

All you will need in Arnica 6c which you will order in the Liquid Dilution and use as prescribed.

Hello Joe,
My name is Jenny and I am desperate! I started to have blepharitis about 3 years ago and about a couple of months ago I noticed that I have 3 nodules in my lower eyelids.
I read some posts about the successful results in treating chalazions with arnica 6c and 30c. Could you please elaborate more on how to prepare the Wet solution and how much of it should be taken daily - i.e. how many drops and how many times a day. Also for 30c - how many granules and how many times a day should be taken?

Also, for how long a wet solution can be stored? Is it just used during 1 day and then discarded?
Thank you for your help.

Jenny91 last decade
Are you certain that you suffer from Blepharitis?

You state:
'about a couple of months ago I noticed that I have 3 nodules in my lower eyelids.'

If by nodules you mean Sties your condition cannot be confused with Blepharitis which is a general infection of usually the upper eyelid. It is best to have your ailment which I believe is a Chalazion diagnosed by an eye doctor to enable me to treat your problem.

A chalazion starts as a Sty which usually hardens into a Chalazion with swelling, redness and considerable discomfort. You state that you have suffered from your problem for some months and if these nodules are hard you do not have any option but to have them surgically scooped out. Styes usually 'mature' in a couple of days and can be expressed or squeezed out with clean fingers when the yellow pus explodes outwards if the sty is large when there is an almost immediate cessation of the pain.

Your remedy is Arnica 30c in the Wet dose made precisely as follows:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose.

You will have to take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose for a long period as you will otherwise present your problem again and again.

Report progress in a few days.

Joe De Livera last decade
Actually, it started from styes - my lower eyelids were red and swollen and then I had little vesicles filled with puss that have broken up later. The nodules appeared later.

Could you please tell me for how long the solution can be stored ?

Jenny91 last decade
Keep the remedy bottle away from bright light and you can use it till it is empty.

You can also foment your eyelids with a small clean towel into which you will pour boiling water and after it cools you can dab the towel on your eyelids. This promotes the blood flow and will help in the healing process.

You can also apply the remedy water directly on the eyelids with your finger tips.

Hi Everyone!!! If You Have A Chalazion You Must Not Try To Pop It!!! Do Not Go See The Doctor Unless The Described Method Does Not Work!!! Buy Some Ginger In Its Raw Form At Your Local Grocery Store, You Will Find It In The Fruits & Vegetables Section, For about 5-10 Cents You Can Buy Enough!!! Take It Home Go In Front Of A Mirror, Slice The Ginger With A Knife And You Will Notice What Looks Like Water Left On The Blade, Sweep Your Finger Across The Side Of The Knife To Pick Up The 'Water' And Gently Apply It To The Lump On The OUTSIDE Of Your Eyelid, Make Sure You DO NOT Get Any Of The Liquid From The Ginger In Your Eye! I Had One Of these Things And I Heard Ginger Worked So I Tried This Method And In ONE Week, After ONE Application, It Was Completely Gone!! It May Take More Than One Application (If Its Really Bad, You Tried To Pop It, etc.) Please Be Careful, Remember Not To Irritate or Play With It Aside From The Treatment, It Needs To Be Left Alone! Good Luck!

update:the inflammation on my upper lid has diminished. all I have left is a little pump that is smaller than what it was last week, but it's still there. I was scheduled for surgery today but cancelled hoping the continued use of homeopathy will finally get rid of this chalazion. I just finished the silicea and will try the staphysagria as recommended. Should I also include the hepar sulph or just the staphysagria?
