dr. girilal/ joe....flu like
Since the last two days i am down with flu like symptoms. it began with a couple of sneezes, runny nose, heavy head, body ache and tremendous weakness followed by high fever (103/104). The fever is being kept under control now but all the other symptoms still persist, making it difficult to get out of the bed to the daily routine...please suggest something!My husband has also started showing initial signs of the same. he has started with ferrum phos 30x for himself and the kids, two tabs/gloubules three hourly....will this help as a preventive measure? if not what else will?

Ferrum Phos 30 may not work so try 3X or 6X.
Gelsemium 6C is the number one medicine to bring relief in flu like symptoms. Dissolve few drops/globules of Gelsemium 6C (or lowest available potency) in one liter (half filled so it mixes well by shaking) mineral/spring water bottle, bang it several times. Take a spoon each hour.
