Tim Horton Caffeine Amounts

I emailed Tim Hortons inquiring about the amount of caffeine in some of their drinks. Since I had been advised on here to get away from drinking Coffee I decided to switch to Steeped Tea. Here are the caffeine amounts straight from Tim Hortons.

Large Coffee 200mg
Large Decaf Coffee 8.4mg
Steeped Tea 86mg

I think I should rethink the steeped tea and maybe switch to a decaf instead.

Great info.
I know there is another tread talking about coffee & how it contradicts with homoepathic remedies.

I do love my coffee, one cup a day but have stopped for a while to prove I'M NOT ADDICTED... althought I have been having a earl grey in the morning to aid with the headaches. O.K. maybe I am slightly addicted :(

I'd like to bring the question back to Homeopathy & Caffeine, as we know caffein is in many sources. So is it ALL caffeine we should stay away from?

On similar note, does anyone know if there are contradictions for Herbal Matte??

Thanks in advance, SB
