Hi
I suffer from agoraphobia i can't get out of house without feeling like someone is choking me. I feel like i am going to die. I constantly feel that i have a sensation of a lump in my throat i think due to agoraphobia. Can anyone recommend a remedy? |

I also suffer from agoraphobia, I have had it for about 5 years. I am on medication for it that levels it out yet I still have episodes at times. I found that yoga, meditating, and talking myself through an episode helps alot. It sucks but you can learn to get through it. Sometimes I tell myself when I am having an attack that the feelings I am having aren't fun but it isn't something that is going to kill me. To me if it isn't going to kill me it is going to make me stronger; this helps for me some. I also pray. Good luck. |
