Help Quickly Please!!!

My constitutional remedy is Sepia, A couple of months ago i took one dose, 10 pellets in 15ch (french dilution) i felt good after. Since i've taken Sepia too many times in lower dilutions without realising that i was making a big mistake!!! For the last few weeks i've been experiencing all y old symptoms... mainly physical with a few more symptoms that are slightly different to the ones i knew. Today i woke with an inflammation on the left side of my face sinuses and when i blow my nose its yellow and the pain is also affecting the roots of my top teeth. I know these symptoms only two well but i was ride of them for two years!! I've made a big mistake in taking Sepia and now the local GP, (i can't get hold of my homeopathic Dr she is on holiday, he say's i have to take Augmentin, i have pain and the sinus is having difficulty draining, but i don't have a fever??? Antibiotics make me so sick i would really like to avoid taking them if i can!! Please Help if you can, maybe a remedy that is antibiotic like? Thankyou Amanda

Thank you so much, i will try, but what is 10m? i live in France and the dilutions are not the same. Is 10m a low dilution or a high dilution? Amanda
