sharp pains in upper left butt cheek

hi there.
Im experience pains in my upper left butt cheek.

they seem to come on almost like a muscle twitch.

except its not a twitch but a sharp pain that lasts a fraction of a second.

I did have an operation about a year ago that might of caused some nerve damage as they turned me on my side for the operation on a hard table and probably pinched a nerve in the process.

I couldnt feel my left leg afterwards and still some areas feel weird.

but this sharp pain is something new but maybe its related to operation?

Seems like nerve problem. Zinc Metallicum 30 taken twice a day would help.

thanks for the help. do you think this zinc will help 'revive' the nerve lower down the leg which feels numb at the moment? thanks again.

i would say the pains most accurately feel like pins being poked at my skin. almost like a circulation problem but more confined to one specific area.
