Sneezing/breathlessness/cough/running nose/itching eyes

My wife 29yrs old is suffering from the following:
continous sneezing specially in the mornings
running nose
itching in the eyes
and very often she gets this sudden attack of breathlessnes followed by cough and green liquid type phlegm coming out it takes quite a while for her to settle down and get her breath back. i had started her on Arsenic Alb-30 as her constituitonal remedy and she was feeling much better and attacks also had subsided and she was taking Kalibich 200 for her cold but then now again she seems to have started with the same problems so is Arsenic Alb 30 the right remedy or do u suggest anything else and also if you could tell me something to give her when she gets this attack of breathlessness.
i have noticed that she is allergic to dust, and suffers from constipation .pls advise as iam really worried . Kevin
