nasal congestion and irrtation

Please, I need help with my condition.
I have had sore throat, cough and catarrh on and off in the past but since 2004 I have Nasal irritation and congestion which will not go away. I was prescribed Kali bich 30c and silica 200c on this forum last it worked for 3 months and the condition has returned and will not go away. Any time I eat spices and something like onion, icecream the condition gets worse and my eyes water turn red. I was also prescribed carcinosin 10m which makes my eyes gloomy when I take it. Every little change in weather either cold or hot makes aggravate the condition. But cold weather definetely makes it much worse.

I have also dysmenorhea which sometimes comes on at the onset of menses and stays till end of menses.

My face and head is very very small like a child's but looks very old.

My thinking ability is becoming sluggish making it difficult to relate to strangers and new friends.

Sleeping makes me feel better as I'm able to get enrgy after.

My dreams are more about travelling to a place where I feel my life will be better. Health and a better living condition.

Initially my sllep was disturbed but arnica and makes it better anytime I find it difficult to sleep.

I used to be sensitive criticism but I had couple doses of syphilinum 10m 2months ago and the sensitivity cleared up.
Still sensitive to cold and and heat.

Mood is melacholic when I think of the illness and when meeting peole.

Malaria. Have had antibiotics for coughs. Anaesthesia for dental work last year. Mercury amalgam 2003 and removed 2005. Amalgam was removed because of the nasal congeston and sneezing.
