What is Homeopathy

On a mountain one tree was sick, because a rat was chewing its roots.

Allopath said, “To save the tree, kill the rat.”

On the same mountain, there are many other trees, why rat is chewing only this particular tree?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You said: There was a sick tree....
Is the tree still there?

I think it is the tree is sick, rat is not the problem.

hoolio last decade
OBIVIOUSLY, one rat can chew only one tree at a time. Heeee hee hee.

OBVIOUSLY, Nesha-India does not know about rats. One rat does not chew just one object.

hoolio last decade
So how to save the tree? Kill the rat, more rat may come, most probably it is not just one rat.

rats are smart. They may eventually learn to stay out of that tree to avoid the mouse traps.

Is this tree sweeter tasting than the others?

Is there honey on it?

Is there termites on it?

Is this a sick rat and is getting something it needs from the roots of this tree?

can one rat alone destroy a tree?

Can you give us a clue?

Pat2006 last decade
Seeems like some thing is in the roots of that one tree that attracts rats.

Killing or catching one or mor rats wont' help much.

kuldeep last decade
it was found that that certain rat was prone to a certain parasite---

tree?rat?parasite?---soil the tree took root form seed?the bird whom casually dismissed the seed to falll there to grow?....etc

a homoeopaths work is never done...and when they think it is they cease to be homoeopaths...

So Ran alone is not responsible for tree sickness.

kuldeep last decade
Sorry, So rat alone is not responsible for tree's sickness.

kuldeep last decade
Who is patient here, rat or the tree? Apparantly rat is not the patient but tree is. To treat this specific tree, one must check lots of variable as John Stanton mentioned, like it's mother tree, seed, soil, environment around it, other trees around it and what not. May be the rat is sick, it is chewing what it is not suppose to?

how about getting a cat there there wont be any of the rats...??

This reminds me....

There was a rat who accidentally found a full bottle of rum with an open cap in a cabinet.

He pushed his beak into the bottle and tasted the first sip...then another and then another ....

...in some time he found that there was some joy in his head...

....so he had some more sips ...until he went tizzy...

Then he called all his friends....stood in the middle of them on his tail, rolled his fist and yelled...'CALL THE CAT..LET ME SHOW HER THE STRENGTH IN MY FIST !'

Moral of the story...not more than 2 or 3 pegs in one night !!

One can get a cat?
After cat is done with the rat or all rats, more rats may follow. So cat must stay there to guard the tree forever.

Also there may be freezing temperatures on the mountain, cat may die.

So cat is not a permanent solution.

stanzione last decade
Cat solution reminds me a story:

Once upon a time a hermit was living on the mountains. A rat was bothering him so his disciples suggested him to have a cat.
So a cat arrived, but cat was not vegetarian like hermit, at least it needed milk.
Now a cow arrived. It was too much for the hermit to take care of himself, cat as well cow so a wife arrived. Then children arrived.

This Tree - Have entire range of Thyroid levels checked (TSH, T3, T4, Ft's). Blood test taken first thing in morning (usually). NOW test becomes important. SHE theroises that the Thyroid gland is malfunctioning always everywhere.

The school run-away rat, just resurfaced. Cheer-leader Pal of the 90 year old mountain hermit i.e. the Goatee milker.

Problem with rats is that if they don't keep on gnawing on something, their continously growing teeths (gnawers) will kill them.

Wow! Better than 'Three Stooges' show.

kuldeep last decade
Tree must be looked as a whole and treated based upon the symptoms.

hoolio last decade
Yes hoolio, tree must be looked as whole, tree can't answer much, about its passions, anger, fears, its seed, partent tree etc. So one must look at the tree and meditate on the problem.

kuldeep last decade
Hooo! We got a rat and we got a sick tree.

homeo_fan last decade
Yep, tree is the patient, too dumb to say a word.

Greetings

I love trees . They not only provide shade for me from the fiery sun but also their exhaled ' Chi '. I hug trees whenever there are opportunities, free from inquisitive eyes.
