For Dr. Joe - usage of Nat Phos 6x

Dr. Joe,

I was going through the obesity forum and thought of considering your prescription of Nat Phos 6x. My query is: 1. While it is good for acidity will it work for acute gastritis? I even have concerns with cholestrol, trigliceride and uric acid (due to which my toe swells at times) and moreover I even have asthma. Is it safe for an asthma patient to have Nat Phos 6x?

2. When I went to purchase the medicine the pharmacist guided me that this should be taken as morning before b/fast empty stomach - 4 tablets with warm water and same way - 4 tablets before dinner. Is this the right dose? If not, please suggest.

Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nat Phos will work with GERD and acute gastritis. Dosage 2 tablets after meals.

Nat Sulph 6c in the wet dose is your remedy for Asthma. Please visit

This will give you full instructions to treat Asthma.

You can use Arnica 30c in the wet dose to help with your high cholesterol which should perhaps also cause a high blood pressure. If you have Diabetes this same remedy will help. Dose is 1 teaspoonful taken twice daily.

You are advised to ignore the instructions you got from the pharmacist who has perhaps never heard that Nat Phos 6x will reduce weight. In any case the dosage he has indicated is an overdose and I am surprised that any qualified pharmacist should misguide you.

Who is the Asthma patient and what treatment is he taking ?

If you are the patient you will discover that the Nat Phos for weight and GERD will antidote the Nat Sulph 6c which I use for the treatment of Asthma. You may have to decide which is more important to control Asthma or reduce your weight.

Uric acid problems that you have will be resolved by the Nat Phos 6x which will bring down the hyperacidity in your stomach and body.

Dr. Joe,

I am a patient of asthma. I usually suffer during the season change and winters. I usually have the steroid inhaler during attacks. If Nat Sulph 6c and Nat Phos 6x don't go together then, as of now I would rather concentrate on Nat Phos 6x for gastritis, uric acid and weight loss. Thanks for the suggestion.
