This is for mr. Joe.
Wud appreciate advice.
Q.1. can I take other homeo medicine with net phos which u have mentioned for weight loss? simulteneously at same time or differnt times in a day?
Q 2.
I am taking hecla leva 3x 2 tabs 1-1 day and hepar sulf 200 4 tabs 4 times fr heel spur and cystic acne respectively , my question is, these two medincens interfere with the result of net phos for weight loss?

Q.3.can i also continue my multivitamin and b'complex and ayurveic mahamanjistadi quath (like safi for blood purification and acne) along with net phos or will they interfer net phos result on weight loss?

I wud like to know as I feel my heel spur prob is coz of overweight and pressure of weight of feet. If I loose weight heel spur prob will help getting cure faster while taking heckla leva 3?

Q.4. can i also take cal fur 3x and silicia 12 x with heckla leva while I am taking net phos fr weight reduction?

I am 44 yrs female have no other health problems and do not take any alopathy medicines/drugs other than multi-vitamin of glaxo and b'complex. I do not take cofee, any soft drinks, no preserved or canned food or anyother food which u have mentioned not to be taken with net phos . I feel weight loss is the key to solve my heel spur prob as its realy giving me hell of lot trouble and making my life miserable, my activities gets restricted many time due to sever heel pain .
Q .5
can I also take alopathy calcium suppliment ? along with net phos.
I have ried taking cal carb along with hepar sulf butmy cystic acne recur, When I take hepar sulf and not cal carb along with it, cystic acne appear to be shrinking but as soon as I start cal carb fr homeo calcium suppliment fr heel spur cystic acne start growing.
the bottom line here is I want to achieve weight loss as well as get rid of heel spur and cystic acne .

I have always observed that if one wishes to reduce weight with Nat Phos 6x it will only do so if no other medication is used by the user.

This includes the homeopathic remedies that you state you are using for acne and all vitamins and supplements.

Thanx for ur prompt advice.
I wud stop taking other medications and health tonics, fr the time being as I think I shld concentrate more on weight loss as it may be causing and generating my heel spur and acne prob.

I will definitely get back to u with results progressively and regularily. On an average How much weight loss shld be there per week at 40 plus age with net phos 6x?

Thank u again.

A minimum of 0.5 to 1kg per week.

Weigh yourself prior to tretment and every week thereafter.
