If you are above 35 years of age and lead a stressful life then it can be HYPERTENSION.....
(Many deadlines to meet, work in a competitive environment, lack of physical exercise etc. etc....)
Family history of hypertension ???
If the answer is yes....take appropriate steps to alter your life style from now on.....and save your self from more serious complications later.
