Two-foot one-hand sympton

I have a cronic fungal infection on the feet and left palm. It's a rare case of fungal infection. The affected skin dosen't itch unless I am in a very warm and humid environment. The skin looks dry, flaky and yellowish, skin crack during dry winter, some of the nails of the toes has become thickened and curling upwards, nails of the left hand also thickened and slightly bending downwards. I feel quite thirsty and dry mouth/throat upon waking up in the night or early morning. I tried graphite 30c two dropps daily some time ago. It cleard the feet first, after few days the improvement stopped and the left palm started getting better, but meanwhile I started getting diarrhea. I discontinued graphite and the diarrhea stopped. When I felt normal again, I resumed the use of graphite, but no improvement ever noticed any more on my feet and palm, in fact they all went back to the same state when I started the homeopathic treatment.
Any suggestion ?
