I have been suffering from kidney stones since I was 23 or 24 years old. I haven been to every urologist in the area and the say I am a Chronic Stone producer. I have had my right kindey stented once and I have recently been getting kidney stones on a weekly basis. I am in the ER almost every weekend. It has really had a huge impact on my family life. When I first started getting them I was not over weight, but now I am. I dont know if that is why they are coming more frequently! I have read that some people who drik alot more and are exercising are noticing that the stones are coming more. I haven recently started to do some light exercise and I always have drank alot but now I am fearing perhaps this will make the situation even worse. Please help if you can make any recommendations. I am so sick and tired of be the Kidney stone Queen. I also live in South Florida which is considered the kindey stone belt but I dont drink the water I drink bottled water. Any recommendations are appreciated and I will try anything. Please help!
Sincerely
THEKIDNEYSTONEQUEEN

nature cure and control on the diet is the best way to reduce this tendency of the body,

take plenty of water, engage in light exercises everyday, avoid acid forming, rich food, spices, calcium fortified food etc.

in case you want to go for a constitutional treatment for overall improvement, tell us so that we could provide a case taking sheet for you to fill up.

I resolved some cases of chronic kidney stones by:
'Berberis vulgaris Q' 5 drops three times a day.
'Lycopodium 30' twice a day.

Above receipy removes stones very fast. Then to keep away from stones take a bi-weekly dose of 'Lycopodium-30'

And also if you can identify the plant: 'Capsella bursa-pastoris', chew its leaves and seedy pouches time to time.

It may be difficult to obtain Berberis Vulgaris Q in USA. Even this site sells only dilutions. In this case try to obtain Burberis Vulgaris Root Extract. It is available from many websites.

hi,

have you tried the Low Oxalate Diet. Yahoo has a group, Trying Low Oxalates. I has helped many people with kidney stones.
