Blood in Stool

For the last 3 days (Tues, Wed and today, Thurs), I have what looks to me a significant amount of blood in my morning elimination.

Tuesday I began a protocol of Itires drops, apo stom drops, sanpharma firmus capsules and argentyn suggested by a doctor I saw last week. Would any of you know if any of these remedies could be the cause of the (what looks like) blood in my stools?

Oddly enough, on Tuesday morning, the first time I noticed it, I remember having salads on Monday with dried cherries and beets so I thought that was the cause of discoloration. Wednesday I had no "red foods" and still had the discoloration this morning in the first elimination but not obvious in the second one that happened about an hour after the first.

Any advice would be appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is possible that you have Haemorrhoids which bleed especially if you have a hard stool.

The remedy to be used is Hamamelis 200. The dose is 3 pellets taken under the tongue twice daily.

If your ailment does not resolve in 3 days you are advised to consult a physician to verify the cause of the bleeding.

You are also advised to use Arnica 6c in the liquid dose made by inserting 3 pellets into a 500ml bottle of spring water which is shaken hard prior to sipping a teaspoonful twice daily with the last one at night before sleep.

It is understood that you will not take any remedies other than those indicated above.

Report response in a few days.

Mr. De Livera,

I could not find Hamamelis 200 but they had 60c and so I am taking those - is that alright?

I have taken two doses of each remedy so far and no blood in today's stool. I am grateful for your wisdom.

How long do you suggest I take these remedies?

When do you think I can safely resume my previous protocol of Itres, Apo Stom, Firmus, and Argentyn?

Much appreciation,

Tina

Glad to note that you had almost instant relief from your problem. However it is still too early to be complacent about this matter and you are advised to use the 2 remedies that I have prescribed.

The fact that the Hamamelis helped so very quickly shows that my diagnosis was indeed correct and that you were suffering from bleeding Haemorrhoids.

As for the other remedies that you mentioned you are advised to stop them as they did not help you. You may stop the Hamamelis in a week but you can reduce it to just one dose daily.

As for the Arnica 6c you can use it for the rest of your life if you so desire as I have done for the last 10 years, nightly.

You are also advised to eat fruits like bananas and prunes to ensure that you do not get constipated which can have negative results on your ailment.

Mr. De Livera,

I fear I miscommunicated. I had just begun taking those previous remedies due to an underlying infection and digestive upset so they really haven't had much time to reveal their effectiveness. These were given to me by a doctor that is running tests, trying to get to the bottom of my underlying thyroid/adrenal problem. The hemorrhoid problem just popped up on Tuesday and he is out of reach right now. Sorry for the miscom.

Thanks again. Will take your advice.
