Belgian Malinois in pain.
Hello.Malinois Indy, male, age five, did have X-rays because he is in a lot of pain.
Vet's diagnosed him with Cauda Equina Syndrome and suggested an operation.
Is there something we can do for this dog with homeopathy?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I found this website on the condition:

It might be important how this happened. He might need the operation anyway, depending on the damage, but homeopathy might help him with the pain or to recover quicker after the operation. I think you need to provide more information about his situation.
Meanwhile, given it involves nerves and possibly physical trauma, sounds like hypericum and/or arnica might play a role.
