Worms, parasites

Greetings. We have been using chemical wormers on our horses for many, many years. We are finding that they are nolonger effective. This has been an ongoing problem for many horse owners lately. Could anyone please tell me what homeopathic remedy would be useful for ridding a horse of worms.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I believe the horses are infested with Large strongyle worms. The horses coats are dull, and they require extra feed to stay fat. They are also grumpy. These are clearly a sign of worm infestation in the horse. The fecal tests show large amounts of worm infestation after many doses of chemical wormers. The worms are now resistant to them. My friend has used a homeopathic product by the name of "worm clear" Made by Washinton Homeopathics. I was looking for a specific remedy to rid the horse of Large strongyles. The Colonix has not been used on Equines it was formulated for people. I am hesitant to attempt this on my horses. I have had excellent success with prescribing homeopathics for my horses for colics, skin conditions, scours, and allergies. I just needed some advice for worms in the gut.
Was hoping someone had experience in this matter. Or should I just stick to the mixed remedy called "worm clear". Thanks

I was told by a Naturopath that raw carrots are toxic to worms, and was told to eat only raw carrots for 24 hours to get rid of worms.
Homeopathically you could try CINA 6c tds.
Hope this helps.

CINA is a great remedy for worms... don't know how to apply for horses though. But it also fits for the description, grumpy...

Greetings,
Thank you all for your information.I will try the Cina at first. If this is successful for the horses it will make for a far happier herd. The Chemical wormers are not doing the trick. I will keep you informed of the results. Again thank you.
