Night owl medicine

I'm a night owl. I cannot make myself sleep. I keep on engaging in some work . I read a lot on internet. I cannot sleep till the time is almost 5 am. My day life is almost gone. I wakeup between 11 am to 2 pm . I used pasiflora earlier which didn't worked for me. Please anyone suggest a good medicine.

Homeopaths usually need to know about the person in order to find the most appropriate remedy so please answer the following questions as much as you can. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

1. Chief complaints (Diagnosis) – Please explain your main symptoms.
a. Diagnosis (name of disease)

b. Exact location ( affected organs)

c. Sensation ( eg. sharp pain, stubbing, dull, throbbing, etc)

d. Causation

2. When did it all start?

3. Are there any changes in your mental /emotional state since your illness?

4. Describe anything that makes the problem worse (ie. position, temperature, food etc. )

5. Describe anything that makes the problem better (ie. pain is better for cold bathing or at night in bed etc)

6. What other physical / mental symptoms do you have? Describe with;

- Diagnosis (if any)
- Exact location (affected organs)
- Sensation
- Causation
- Describe anything that makes the problem worse (ie. position, temperature, food etc. )
- Describe anything that makes the problem better (ie. pain is better for cold bathing or at night in bed etc)


7. What time of the day do you feel the worst in general?

8. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

9. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

10. How is your thirst; Less, Normal or Excessive?

11. How is your hunger; Less, Normal or Excessive?

12. How well do you sleep?

13. Are you generally feel hot or cold?

14. What medications have you been taking to treat the disease?

15. Please describe your history of illness ( and medications if any).

ONLY FOR FEMALES
- Are the periods early, regular or late in general?

- How long does it last?

- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?

- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?

- Is the blood thick bright red, dark red or pale watery?

- Do you notice any clots in the flow?

- Any pain during the periods?

- Have you ever used any hormone pills / contraceptive pills in your life?

Im a consulting civil engineer. I am 42 years old. I'm a hobbyist in developing Android apps and now a days I'm learning micro controllers. At night sometimes I watch youtube videos regarding my hobby. Some times I read blogs related to my hobby some times I do practicals with my computer.

I work for my own.

Coffea 200c one dose ( 2 pills or drops) every other day for 2 weeks and report back any changes.

Hi Tui. Thank you verymuch for your medicine. It worked well. Now i am sleeping at 12 AM and waking up at 9 AM. Do i have to take coffea cruda 200c in the mornings also or do you suggest any other medicine?

You don't need to take coffea cruda anymore for now.
