joe i read you praise arnica 30 or 6 which poentcy is better or stronger. and what is your diet like. iam sure that makes a big difference your health. i email you about a week in a half ago about high blood pressure. of course you advise me about the wet dose an cal florica. at time i told you that my bp was 180/100 you suggt. doctor visit but use arnica. but the key was you mention type of bp monitor, i had used a wrist monitor with two year old batteries, which is a no no. i started the wet dose and cal flori. and feel a big difference in that little time. againg thanks joe.

I note that you have discovered that your suspected Hypertension was due to the false reading from the wrist type Digital BP gauge. It amazes me how many people may be taking drugs for the BP when they only need to replace the batteries with Alkaline batteries every 6 months.

Use Arnica 6c which I have used for the last 10 years nightly and you will feel the difference when your BP stabilizes.
