Ibs constipation and diahreaa

Hello doctor
IAM male age 32 and suffering from severe ibs condition from 2 years
Sometimes my cycle turns to constipation and sometimes diahrea
My latest endoscopy and colonoscopy are all clear
90% of food items my stomach cannot tolerate
I cannot tolerate lactose and fructose
In fruits I can only eat banana
The moment I eat even mild spicy food,milk product or including my favorite tea, I get severe pain and bloating that lasts for weeks or months
Allopathic medicine are not working for me at all
U tried herbal and ayurvedic medicines also but all failed
Doctors suggrst me for anti depresents but I am not in favor of taking them
Plz kindly advice if in this field anybody knows to cure my ibs
I can't even eat many vegetables and beans also
Very limited options are there for me to eat

Please take Sulphur 200 and Nux Vomica 200 twice a day for 10 days and report back.

One dose means 2 pills or drops each of both the remedies at a time.
