chewing tobacco for a long time
Hello everyone.About me
1. I am a 32 year old married person and a father of two children. I am pure vegetarian and so my family is. However, i am in the habbit of chewing tobacco for over 15 years, during the period i gave a try on many occasions but none lasted long enough. However, while i was surfing online i came across this forum and got a new ray of hope that i may quit my habbit by Ayurvedic means and by the help of Ayurvedic expert.
I will be very grateful if someone will guide ne how to go through this.
I would also like to mention that presently i am both physically and psychologically fit and has no issues.
