This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
All you require to make the Liquid Dose of any Homeopathic Remedy is just 3 pellets or 2 drops (if you have the remedy in ethanol).

You get a 500ml bottle of Spring water from your nearest supermarket and check the fine type to ensure that the source is from deep down where the water is not contaminated.

You insert the pellets or the drops as recommended above into the water and shake it up to ensure bubbling which is Succussion and is reputed to increase the potency of the remedy thereby increasing its curative effect.
You shake the bottle hard every time before you sip a teaspoonful which is the dose. You do not have to add the pellets or drops every time. Just once will do till you finish the bottle which is the remedy.

You will realize that this liquid dose method is very cost effective as all you require is just a few pellets or drops to activate the whole 500ml water which should normally last for about 6 months at 1 teaspoonful per day.

It is best to keep the bottle refrigerated as it may attract algal growth if kept near a window.
