reduction of cartilage in knee
i have a pain in my both knees when went to orthopadeic doctor , after examining x- ray they told me that your cartilage is reducing and you have osteoarthrities , my age is 26 i have never have injuries , my weight is 78 kg and height is 5'8 please help mesuyash1 on 2018-07-19

First aim is to prevent it from further degeneration and complications
Cartilages does not have regeneration tendency
But if we do proper management and treatment then we can stop your knees from getting worse..

Do you have hypertension or taking any allopathic medication that falls in the category of 'beta blockers' ?
