muscle issues

Hi experts;
will appreciate suggestions

50 years male
-Upper back muscle stiffness(firm to touch) and aches
-tightness in neck and throat(speech muscles); labored speech, dysarthria
-general fatigue
-occasional faint twitchings in eyelids and other small body areas
-symptoms worse if missed breakfast/lunch
-transient improvement after eating
-symptoms for 25 years
-normal blood sugar

Cemicifuga-30
Hypericum-30
Mag. Phos-30

five drops each of above medicines three times a day


Diet:

1) Black Channa rosted------100 grams
2) Almond (badam) -------100 grams
3) Coconut (Khopra) powder--50 grams

make the powder of the above recepies and mix them in bottle and take one dessert spoon with milk morning and evening.


report after one week.
