Injury

She put her hand in the chain of loader rickshaw while playing with other children.

Sometimes when nail bed is intact, fingers can regrow. So that gives some chance for the two fingers where nail part is intact. The one where half the finger is lost would not have that chance.

But using a special type of powder a few people have had regenerated the cut fingers. The powder is called pixie dust or extra cellular matrix prepared from animal product. Dr. Stephen Badylak of pittsburg university pioneers this technique.

These are generally issues in the mechanical realm and role of homeopathy may be limited. But there are medicines to manage and heal injuries.

Thanks for providing me this good news that two fingers have a chance of regrowth.
Please also guide about the possibility, if the powder pixie dust can be arranged.
Thanks once again.

I express my inability towards arranging the powder but don't let this discourage you, you can write to the doctor i have mentioned after doing an internet search. I have heard he is helpful and will guide you.

About the homeopathic part:

Give her arnica 200c one pill/drop twice daily for 4 to 5 days.

Then next week onwards give her calendula 30c twice daily for 5 to 6 days. Along with this you can use calendula external application on the injured site ---get calendula ointment or cream. This external application can be continued for a few weeks.
