EOE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis)

Looking for information or remedies for EOE, Eosinophilic Esophagitis. The esophagus becomes swollen from high eosinophil counts due to allergies, preventing food from being swallowed, or becoming stuck.

We just had emergency surgery for this and the surgeon wasn't concerned about a cause at all. I could see his point IF a foreign object had been swollen, but this was food, it was hamburger. Why would my son's esophagus all of a sudden not work for hamburger, which is not an allergen?

I had re-introduced coconut awhile back, and I think this is our culprit. I plan to remove the coconut of course, but is there a homeopathic remedy for the esophagus? For EOE?

Thank you. I will write this down and ask our doctor who also uses quite a bit of homeopathy.
