Loss of normal lumbar lordosis

Greetings, My wife, 34, have been feeling serious back pain for about a week now. Couple of days ago, we had an x-ray done, and the report says: “loss of normal lumbar lordosis, likely due to muscular spasm.” My question is, is there a homeopathic remedy for her? I provide the details below about her illness, and her personality.
She has a history of suffering from back pain. The pain is in the lower back region, just above the buttocks. Normally, little rest, in form of lying down, eased her pain. In her childhood, around twenty years ago, she slipped from stairs, and about ten years or so ago, she had a heavy fall on the floor, as a result of misbalancing. However, the pain she has been complaining about since last seven day or so, is very different to the pain she has had in the past. The intensity of pain is so high that it brings tears to her eyes, she starts breathing heavenly after just taking couple of steps. In the morning, she feels as if she has lost feelings in her arms and legs. In the past, as I’ve stated above, the pain was manageable, but, now, it is not.
We had our first baby last July, and she is on Brest milk, and considering that the baby feeds multiple times in a day, my wife also face a challenge in properly caring for her. Chores like changing the diaper cause great pain, as they require leaning, bending.
She is of a sensitive nature, easily upset by changes in expression, voice tones. She loves eating sweet dishes, is talkative, does not like critical evaluation, does not feel cold in cold weather, requires constant reassurance, and enjoys social gatherings.
Any suggestion of a remedy and dosage will be greatly appreciated. I’ll be happy to answer more questions, if I’ve not provided any necessary information.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I just took a look at some questions that are asked by one of the most active member of this forum, healer21. So, I thought, I should add few more details to my post.
What type of food is preferred? Fried items, that include a range of things sold at bakeries, I’ve mentioned sweet dishes already. She has an excellent smelling sense, she can tell you what is being cooked in the houses around our house, and she is allergic to few smells as well. Married for 28 months. Other health complains include migraine and occasional pain in the right arm, or neck. Has suffered from neck spasm around five years ago. The stomach is sensitive, it does not respond well to spicy food.

Please take Helonias 30c, twice daily until you see some improvement.

1 dose is 2 pills or drops.

Did the dr give her anything for muscle spasms?

If you google treatment of this-
The first thing one has to do is get relief for the muscle spasm.
Otherwise spasms cause more spasms. She needs to rest in a position on her sides and have pillow support between legs
And under knees. Then , do hot and cold applications on the back, to start relaxing the muscles -

After extreme pain is gone, she needs to do
Certain exercises like pulling knees up to chest,
Mild neck crunches, etc to get the spine back in
Alignment- the out of alignment spine is what is causing the muscles to spasm.

There are a lot of you tube video’s on this- actual
Exercise and correct sleep position support have to be done-
Homeopathic meds can help but they are not going to correct
Posture.
