(thump shake) before dosing--
dose = single drop under tongue--

If you will permit me John, I would like to inform "widget" that it may be difficult to put a single drop under the tongue.

I use and recommend the method that Hahnemann recorded in his Sixth edition of using a drop or two of the liquid remedy, which is usually in Ethanol, in a small quantity of water which is succussed and a teaspoonful is sipped usually, twice daily. I use a 500 ml bottle of spring water into which I insert 2 drops of the remedy and it is sipped after shaking the bottle hard before each dose. This method can also be used with the remedy in pellet form, when I use 3 pellets in the spring water.

I have discovered that the liquid dose which is activated as indicated above
is far more effective than the dry dose which the majority of homeopaths use today.
