Blurred vision

My husband has had a problem with blurred vision for the past week. It is like looking at a light with a cloth over it, blurred vision, not sharp or crisp,
just as bad with glasses on or off. Left eye tears up and it seems as if something is irritating it, like sand has gotten under his lid and is trying to get out. He looks directly at a light bulb and the bulb is dim. Everything is blurry, fuzzy dim in his left eye. Eye itches. Bumped
back of head on countertop last week, had slight headache afterwards, head
throbbing but only once, none since that time.

My husband is 60 yrs old, heart patient, had bypass surgery back in 1996, may have sufered stroke during and since surgery, lung difficulties, lameness and problems walking, type A personality, frustrated, impatient, likes meat, vegetables, sweets, dislikes bread, cheese, cold foods and drinks. Does not make friends easily,stubborn, suspicious,
accident prone.

What homeopathic remedies might help with this vision problem?
