Toxins coming out through the skin?

Hello, all. We rely on homeopathy (and also acupuncture) for most of our health needs. About a year and a half ago my son (age 8, most likely has an autistic spectrum condition called Asperger's syndrome) took several potentized vaccines given to us by our homeopath. He had a dramatic cleansing (flu-like symptoms, fevers, vomiting, diarrhea) and made large developmental gains. (Of the four he took--MMR, BCG, Polio, and DPT--he responded most of all to DPT.) The nasal symptoms continued off and on and two double ear infections, spaced six months apart, also followed, each bringing further marked improvements in skills, overall energy, behavior, etc. The most recent ear infection occurred this past New Year and seems along with these gains to have brought his immune system to a stronger, healthier state as well; since then he has been very resistant and resilient where colds are concerned.

Sometime after taking the potentized vaccines, he developed a small eruption on his right shoulder (the same side where his ear symptoms have tended to be worse and where he had ear surgery at age 2). At the time it looked like a pimple, but just before and especially after the recent ear infection it gradually became much larger and pus filled. It is round and symmetrical. A few weeks ago it popped and is still healing. Just before and after it popped, I started noticing a whole bunch of new eruptions clustering on his armpit and on his forearm (on the inside, over and also above the pulse point of the wrist). They are all small and pimple-like; similar to what the first one looked like when it was new. Also since the vaccine remedies, he has developed a light brown "rash" (looks like dirt) on his neck and in both armpits, but especially on the right side.

Developmentally he is still now moving from strength to strength, so I am assuming that both the eruptions and the brown rash are signs of a cleansing. But I would like to better understand what he may be experiencing and whether there is anything I should be doing aside from watchful waiting. (His homeopath is not an M.D., so if any conventional diagnosis is indicated, I would have to go elsewhere for that.) For example, I am wondering whether the brown rash could also be a sign of pre-diabetes and with what other conditions a rash like this might present itself. I am also curious to know if these specific symptoms fit any sort of recognized pattern. Are there any rules of thumb to help guess which toxins specifically he might be shedding and what might happen from here on? Finally, what do I call these "things" on and under his arm? Is there a more specific term than "cyst" or "pimple"?
