Regarding Hecla Lava for spinal stenosis, arthritis, etc

I have read other posts in ABC Homeopathy and a woman's YouTube video about using Hecla Lava 30c but diluting it in water for spinal stenosis...hers was actually feraminal stenosis. I haven't been to the doctor yet, but I've studied the illness and I'm pretty sure I have it or some kind of pinched nerve in my spine. My pain switches sides at will from one hip to knee to the other hip to knee, electric shock feeling on side that's hurting.. usually when I'm sleeping at night or taking a nap, trouble standing up at first...excrutiatingly painful feeling upon initial getting up movement but gets better with walking, feel horrible in cold weather or when it's about to rains with cold weather. I'm not going to go into anymore detail because my main question is basically how safe is Hecla Lava 30c to take daily at full strength till feeling 100% better? Well, I decided to try Hecla Lava 30c once a day and not diluting in water. Honestly, I felt amazing in about a half hour after taking about 4 pills of 30c Hecla Lava on that first day. I took it for a week and felt awesome...not totally healed mind you, but feeling much better (as I know that homeopathy takes longer to feel well than drugs. Then I started having doubts like maybe others recommended to use it diluted because it might be harmful? But I couldn't find anything online about Hecla Lava being harmful at 30c full strength. If I keep taking Hecla Lava 30c full strength using 3-5 pills only once a day, will I have some kind of negative reaction? I tell you, I only tried the diluted form as directed online one day. But I felt so crippled. I took the Hecla Lava 30c full strength at about 4 pills and within 30 minutes I felt better and was able to go to sleep...Oh yes, I was hurting so badly, I couldn't sleep till I took it full strength. Am I going to be alright using it full strength? I know that one should stop taking a remedy when feeling totally well and with 30c that should be around a month's time give or take. What is your opinion? I'm thinking that if I have such a good experience with 30c full strength, then I should stick with it.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dry doses are safe in 30 potency. There is no need to have any undue fears. The remedy may be continued as long as one need to do.
