My daughter suffering from costochondritis

I want suggestion of medicines for my daughter , she is 7 years old , suffering from costochondritis since one month after exposing to extreme cold weather . I gave her bryonia 30 c for 20 days but no relief in her condition . She is complaining severe chest pain in both sides of chest . There is little swelling in lower part of her ribs . She is complaining stabbing , current like pain whole day . Please advice medicine for her. All her ecg and x - ray are normal . All blood test are normal

Give Her
1.Day 1 to 3.
i)Sulphur 30 twice daily.(4pills for each dose)
ii)Mag Phos 6x 4 tab 3 times daily to be chewed.
Keep 20 minutes gap between two remedy.
Feedback thereafter.

Thanks sir , I already gave her hebar sulph 30 c for one week with bryonia . But relief in her pain and swelling . I will try it for 3 .lets see
