Does anyone know what this remedy is? Is it referring to arsenicum album? I cannot find a remedy called metallicum-album.

It shows up as metallum album/arsenicum album
On the tube.
I have no idea why? As they sell tubes that just say arsenicum album only.
I think they are the same thing.
