Face skin problem

As I wrote before I used to suffer too much acne problem but thank God many of them faded . I used to hepar sulph 30 and radium bromatum they works well for me and the severe once are gone but still there is a issue that I am having new type of them they just appear like bumps and contain very hard solid pus deep inside . They do not dry up even in 10-12 days and after drying they still have bumps and leave very bad scar which does not go . Please suggest me something

How frequently these occurs?
Does it occur throughout the year? or have any significant change according to weather?
How your stool is?
How much water you drink every day?
Do you feel any pain in any part of your body?

Everyday few new bumps occurs which is dark black or red in colour like hard small nodular pimples contain very tight pus like a capsule , leaves scars on face
The stool is normal neither hard nor too much like liquid
These bumps occurs all over the year but in summer these are more frequent .
I don't feel any pain.

Take Arnica Montana 200c one dose in morning for 3 consecutive days.
Feedback me after a week.

Does I'll get such small 3 days dose at any pharmacy?

Sir as uh proscribed I used to take arnica Montana 200c for three days and now 7 days has passed .
Reports are I don't think it's work lot for me , I am still breaking out , having tight bumps some filled with tight pus and few are filled with liquid pus and water like blister. And as the time passes the bumps enlarge in size and did not dry unless I pick them to take their pus out which leaves scars , also prefer me something for scars
