Today i have my DD the first dose exactly as you instructed and she has been crying all day .. without any reason .. this is heart breaking and unbearable .. why does she cry and why did you think ars abl. Is her medicine ??? And please we have been at it for a while now and it isnt working

Do not give the second dose. Wait for a few days and see if there is any improvement. Report in a few days.

About the question why was she crying, i could only say your guess is as good as mine. But it was not a positive sign to persist with the remedy. Beneficial action should show some cheerfulness.
You had given medicines for three months with no questions asked earlier. Ars alb seemed indicated to me, and 30c did show some promise, i wanted to try other lower potencies because 200c did not work and sometimes lower potencies can stimulate the vital force present in the person towards the medicine so that higher potencies can start working, another reason is some people resonate with certain potencies only ---then we have to work with those potencies. But in this case she did react to 6c but the reaction was extreme and the last known working potency 30c too could not take the good work forward. We can not use Ars alb now given the not so good response. A remedy when even gives just 2 to 5% of improvement it needs to be explored fully to extract the maximum benefit and should not be changed too soon. That's the philosophy in homeopathy!
As the next step, i'd say try Sulph. 30c. Give her a pill/drop as a dose---make it one dose per week. Give me a weekly report. Continue the doses as long as you see improvement or more than half a dozen doses have been exhausted. Keep me posted weekly.

Also we think that majority of her issues are associated with the frustration of not being able to speak she tries alot like she knows the words in her head but can not soeak them out loud she also seems to read her numbers and alphabets

hello sir
i gave my DD the dose of sulphur 30c last wednesday
changes:
most prominent change is that she has stopped her hyper activity she doesnt look lethargic just calmer
second she has been in a really good mood no tantrum unnecessary without reason crying or looking sad
third is a little concerning .. as i told you she was pee trained even at night but started having accidents after ars alb. 6 ... i have been trying to pee train her again but its not working .. she tries to do it on the toilet but cant seem to hold it and also there seems to be a sudden increase in her pee before training she used to produce 2 wet diapers a day after relapse it was 4 and now after sulphur its 7 or 8 we use huggies pull up pants and they have a lot of capacity this has alarmed us ..
also i was reading this article on speech delay and regression and it mentioned tonsils as a reason and she has chronic tonsils
....

Sulph. is good for tonsils too. Increased urine after a medicine may be a good sign but if it persists for long we'll review it.
The urge for things like soil and dust ---has this been in her ever before? Keep a tab on this we'll review in future after a few more doses.

Yes she used to eat chalk and mud but we immediately gave her calcium and iron suppliments and it stopped but this time its different she wont stop even if we see her doing it ..

Probably the supplements were not curative(eating soil and dirt), so the problem has been brought out again. Sulph. is known to bring deeply buried problems out. Under the action of this remedy it would be expected to resolve----we'll have to wait and see.

This weeks observations
She has returned to producing 2 wet diapers a day although she is still resisting to pee on the potty or even tell me that she has to go.
She has stopped licking dust off of furniturs n stuff but still tries to eat mud/soil
She has started spitting alot something she has never done before i was wondering may be this is because she is producing more spit than normal ??

Hello sir i have been waiting for uour response.
This week there has not been any prominent change her condition is same with mud/soil, spitting and tonsis are also there but progress is undeniably there although very very little like today she did alot of eye contact .. so should i give her the next dose on wednesday ??

Yes continue doses. Spitting may not be due to excess generation. What does she do with spit? Does she aim for anything particular to spit on?
If it's observed that she is still improving from the earlier dose/doses, you may slightly delay the next dose.

She plays with the spit like make puddle .. the amount was more than usual as if someone spilled water thats why i got worried

Ok in that case increased saliva production is possible. Is it a new symptom that she never had?
Let's give some time for the system to correct. We need not interfere with every new symptom or the old one that has not gone yet like tonsil.

Forth weeks observations :
I mentioned that she has mild eczema in my original post, it was on her face arms and legs .. it has started clearing out and there is a slight increase in eye contact although not too much .

What percentage of eczema is cleared?
How are the spit situation and her attempt to eat dirt like stuff?
She used to keep the dolls in a particular fashion, hows that trait?

Give one more dose of sulph. 30c. If there is no visible improvement in next 7 or 8 days, then move to 200c from next week.
The gap between doses(for sulph 200) could be increased to 10 instead of 7.

Dose will be one pill/drop for sulph. 200. Gap between any two doses will be 10 days.
