Dear Michael,
Glad to hear your appreciation.
I respect your suggestion for conducting some investigation.
Please do the following:
1.CT scan for temporal bone
2.Complete Blood Count.
Apart from this take:

Thanks

Dr Basu,

Hope you are doing well.

The 10M seemed to really break something loose as the feeling of something in my ear hasn't returned. I had some continued reduction in swelling around the back of the ear, but no major change in the knot.

In pursuing the CT, I had to go through various doctors to get the approval from my lousy insurance. I saw two doctors, my family doctor and a otolaryngologist. Both felt the Mastoiditis was no longer evident and the knot was more than likely a swollen/hard occipital lymph gland (posterior auricular lymph?). Needless to say, they didn't think the CT was a necessity and I didn't get approval to do it. They just advised to watch the size of the knot/lymph to ensure it didn't increase in size.

I saw these guys a couple weeks after the first 10M dose. So I'm really thinking that is what cleared up the last vestiges of the mastoiditis infection. The swelling that went down with that dose is the area behind the ear that is traditionally red with mastoiditis (which my wasn't that traditional red, just some swelling).

I've also had a really tight neck this whole time, and it seems to be easing up slowly following the 10M doses. All I can think to do is to continue to work the neck out and hope the lymph will eventually drain. It's very hard, almost bone like and otolaryngologist mentioned that some times they will not return to a normal size.

All and all, I think I had a really bad infection that the Hepar Sulphur has resolved. If this is just a lymph, it makes sense that it would be full being so close to the infection site. I thought about trying some Calc Fluor 6c for the lymph, but probably just going to give it some time to see what happens naturally before jumping into something else.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I cannot thank you enough for your help in all of this.

Thanks,
Michael

Dr. Basu,

Hope you are doing well. Wanted to let you know that I'm still feeling much better overall. The knot has been slowly reducing in size, but is still there. I've been slowly getting my tight neck muscles stretched out and am curious if they were not letting the lymph drain.

Overall so much better than before the Hep Sulph. No ear pain to report. Figuring I just keep working my neck out and giving the enlarged lymph time to drain.

I cannot thank you enough for your help and support. You are truly a life saver.

Blessings,
Michael
