lips

Hello,
There is a 23 year old African American women who has been suffering with dry, cracking, itchy skin on and around her lips. I believe this to a fungus. Is there a remedy that can help her with this matter? The reason why I believe it might be a fungus is because as soon as there is a light intake of sugar this area gets worse. It probably is a form of candida. Any idea as to if there are any remedies that might help her. Thank you for your time.:)
She has been on a healthy diet of no dairy or gluten and she is also on a vegan diet.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She can try 3 cell salts.
Cal Flour 6x
Nat mur 6x
Silicea 6x

Take 3 tabs of each and dissolve in a half full small water bottle.
Take a sip 4x a day for 4 days. As one improved, go to 2 x a day and then once a day till cured.
Usually you can get hylands brand from vita cost,
But they may have them at Whole Foods.
